Colorado woman waives hearing in another string-call case

A woman, Colorado, being investigated for possible marketing prank phone calls that helped trigger a massive attack on a ranch in Texas areas waived its rights on Monday for an initial appearance later this week in a case.
Rozita Estraletta Swinton, a defence lawyer, waived their right to an initial appearance on Thursday in another string call box in which they accused, to act as a teenager in a cellar. The 33-year-old woman, Colorado Springs was arrested April 16th following Texas Rangers contacted Colorado Springs about the possible spread calls in connection with a fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sect in Eldorado, Texas. Swinton was offences, with filing a false advertisement in the February incident in Colorado Springs.
Court records in the Colorado case in connection a number of previously Swinton calls to a help-line Texas; a call to fit the same line help, an attack on the longing for Zion Ranch in Eldorado. Texas authorities took more than 400 children from the ranch, but have not found the 16-year-old pregnant girl who first called for help. Swinton is for a pre-trial conference before the Fourth Judicial Judge Daniel Wilson on 6 June in the Colorado case. It was not charged in connection with Texas calls.
