CACI study shows the lack of skilled workers in Colorado
There is a growing gap between the need of business in Colorado for qualified personnel and employees and the number of these employees within the state.
This has been a dramatic relief today (Wednesday, July 31), if the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry (CACI), the largest state of the economy / industry association publishes the results of a survey of more than 600 member companies CACI employs more than 85,000 Coloradoans.
According to George S. Dibble Jr., president of CACI, the investigation, Colorado business can fill jobs with qualified persons only 50 percent of the time.
