Business newspaper publishers leaving
Jerry W. Lewis and Jeff Schott, publishers of the Boulder County Business Report, will leave the company after the sale of its parent to Ohio-based Brown Publishing Co.
Lewis, Schott and Corporate Express founder Jirka Rysavy founded Boulder Business Information in 1989. Today, it also owns a majority stake in the Northern Colorado Business Report in Fort Collins, the Wyoming Business Report in Cheyenne and DataJoe LLC, a research and online data e-commerce company based in Lakewood.
Chris Wood, co-publisher of the Northern Colorado Business Report, has been named the new publisher of the Boulder County Business Report, and Jeff Nuttall, co-publisher at NCBR, will become publisher there.
